Saskatchewan Polytechnic experienced a cybersecurity incident in late October, 2020, which disrupted our operating systems. IT Services  continues to resume services in a secure manner. This cautious, phased approach is proving successful with the majority of student services now available. There are still some exceptions and we thank you for your continued patience and understanding. provides information specifically related to the cybersecurity incident. is available for students, prospective students and other interested parties. Some functions are not yet available. As functions are restored, they are visible and accessible.

Students can also drop into our Zoom Rooms during the following hours of operation. We will be happy to answer your questions or direct you to the appropriate department for assistance.

  • Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
  • Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • Saturday from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Please note: Student Zoom Rooms are closed on statutory holidays.

Zoom Live Help for faculty and staff have also been set up and are available to answer quick questions. It is available:

Available Services

The Saskatchewan Polytechnic IT Services team continues to restore services in a secure manner. As services become available, they are listed on this page, with the most recent service made available listed first.

  • Student tuition payments (full-time programs)
  • Student portal personal info update
  • Online Application system for full-time programs
  • Acceptance letters available for applications received after October 30
  • Bookstore ordering for course materials (this service is being offered by an alternate delivery method as full functionality is not available at this time)
  • Mandatory password reset for all IT network users
  • Multi-Factor Authentication introduced
  • Photocopiers - located in main lobby, all campus locations
  • – available with functionality increasing as services within the student portal are restored. Students note that as functionality is resumed for specific aspects, these areas will be visible and accessible in your account.
